Operation Spoon-Feed is being considered a success. Jacob managed to gobble-down 1/2 a tablespoon of rice cereal on Monday night. He wasn't so sure at first, but finally realized how to open his mouth and suck the cereal off of the spoon. After that, he was excited for each mouthful. There was still a little cereal that managed to escape and landed on his innocent white onesie. The good news is that I expected more casualties than that.
Below is the evidence. I do want to note that I couldn't get any of him smiling because he was too anxious for the next spoonful and had his complete concentration on my hand movements.
