Move It! Dig It! Do It!

The kids and I spent Sunday at Coral Ridge Mall for the Move It Dig It Do It sponsored by the Children's Museum. The event included a parking lot full of emergency vehicles and construction equipment. We were also able to enjoy the Children's Museum for free.

And of course we can't visit the mall without riding the carousel. It was a wonderful day!!

First Day of Preschool

Today was Jacob's first day of preschool. He was pretty scared when I dropped him off, but overall it sounds like he had a wonderful day. I am very proud of him for being brave, patient, and flexible.

I tried to get real smiles and asked to see their teeth...so that's what I got.

Labor Day Weekend

We had a very busy Labor Day weekend. It started Friday night with a trip to the splash pad. Then it was home to Illinois. With the hot weather, we enjoyed time in the pool, throwing rocks in the river, and helping Grandpa around the homestead.
