Park with Ducks (and Geese)
The kids and I spent some time at one of our favorite parks. It has much to offer with slides, tubes, play areas, and ducks (and geese). For some reason, the waterfowl were especially hungry on this particular day. They were very excited that we had a multitude of bread items and crackers for them. We even named one of the geese "Jo-Jo Goose" because it kept stealing food right out of Jake's hand. Jenna just wanted to chase them. The geese were not interested in running; the ducks obliged.

Photo Book
I created a photo book for Jake's first year and wanted to do the same for Jenna. Shutterfly changed the way you can layout the books which gave me more creative freedom so this one took me a little longer. Below is the final product!!

These are actually from last weekend, but I know you will forgive me. The kids decided to have their snack outside...Josie was close behind.
"Daddy has stinky feeeeet!"
"I'm not givin' Jo any."

Mini-Golfing
We took a fun family outing to the golf course on Saturday. Jake did very well for the most part. He even got a legitimate hole in one on a hole that I scored at least three. It was a proud moment.
Jenna spent the evening running up and down the greens picking up whatever ball caught her fancy. Because of the various "interferences", we stopped keeping score after about three holes.

Don't worry, Jenna's got it.
Big swing
Just tap it in.
Getting Grandma's ball from under the bridge
Jenna running the bridge (finally not in any one's way)
Off she goes.
The mighty swing...
The pose...
Still posing for his hole in one!!
